Will this door handle fit a bosch exxel 7 dryer

Yes, it should but take a warning. I have broken both the original and first replacement handles, so, after you screw the new one on, reinforce the handle door connection with strips of duct tape, white if you have it. We put strips of duct tape from inside the door, where the metal prongs come out to secure the door shut, forward over the front of the handle & always pull open from the height of the tape, not the top of the handle.
