Wow. I have the original but wanted to have a bit more stability and easy to connect via midi etc. this doesn’t disappoint. It’s amazing and the sound is just so good. Best bit of kit I’ve owned for a long while.

I bought this product to complement my collection of analogue synths (Korg Minilogue plus various Volcas). I also got the K-25m keyboard with it. I am very pleased with it. It sounds absolutely great. Extremely phat or delicate. Despite being a single oscillator synth, it is extremely versatile and I use it pretty much for anything from gut shaking basslines to ambient pads and anything inbetween.Breat build quality and easy to use. The fact that it isn't analogue doesn't bother me at all, because it sounds totally 100% genuinly like the original, but with some great benefits like 4 tone polyphony, Super phat unison and the ability to store sounds and sequences (64 each). I especially love the sequencer. A whopping 100 steps allows you to create complete baselines or complex arps and you can instantly transpose the sequence, which is great for live performance.I think that this synth is great value given what it does. The metal panel and sturdy controls as well as the compact design make it ideal for my purpose.I can highly recommend this synth to beginners and advanced synthesists alike. If you are thinking of getting this as your first synth then I highly recommend to get the K-25m keboard with this. I think it is an ideal first synth given that it is easy to understand, and really easy to get great sounds.I have always been a big Korg fan, but this synth has opened up the Roland brand for me also.
