Worked great for 0.2mm nickel and 21700 batteries
Glitter 801H worked great for my 21700 battery pack with 0.2mm thick pure solid nickel strips. I used it at maximum voltage (6V) mode and the timer setting is 25t. Here are some tips: If you weld two nickel strips together weld them on conductive surface with low adhesion properties (aluminum or copper will work fine) and do not weld them on wood or on plastic. For better welt use more power and less time (in case of this welder more voltage and less time). Clean the welding pencils tips with fine abrasive sponge with Dremel after welding a group of batteries. Press the welding pencils uniting the spring inside the pens start compressing (maybe 0.5-1 kg of force).

Update. I'm impressed now.
I was super worried because The .2 test weld they sent with the machine as quality test fell apart right when I took it out of the bag. Also it came with a tiny ac adapter and the first time I plugged it in it took 30-40 min for the capacitors to charge. It displays the voltage as it's rising. Naturally I set it to the max like I do with my Sunkko machines and it blasted it. Took it down to 30% and it still does a better spot weld! The contact points are pretty far apart but the welding pen and attachments are SO MUCH BETTER than others I have. Best one I've used so far!

Lätt att använda. Instruktioner på tyska var det bara men går säkert att ladda ner annat på nätet.
