Great Quality/No Leakage from a diaper.
Great Quality. Nice thicker material. They don't leak, unless the diaper is super soaked, even then they don't leak much. The leg opening is snug. It is best to size up 2 or 3 sizes if putting on someone that is bed bound and not able to turn much for you. My Mom wears a size 12/14 pant and I got both the 2X and the 3X. The 3X is the best fit to put on her with more ease and the leg opening is more comfortable. The 2X left indentations or her skin around the legs. In the 3X the legs are still snug enough to prevent leaking. If ordering the person's regular size, the leg opening will be uncomfortably tight.I hand wash them and they dry very quickly.

Awesome… but a little noisy
I’ve tried many different types of pants like these. PVC, polyurethane, nylon, PUL… from a bunch of different brands. Some I liked and some not so much. Each had its own quirks, but then I discovered these, which quickly became my favourite.Although the exact characteristics and sizing have changed a bit over the years, I’ve always liked these because they’ve always been very light and breathable despite being waterproof. And if you wear them without anything underneath like I usually do, the inner coating of these is smooth and comfortable against your skin. Unless you're out in hot weather or really exerting yourself, you don't sweat in these. One thing I will mention though is that they are not silent, especially when they’re new. The sound subsides a bit with wear, but if you prefer quiet underwear that doesn’t sound like plastic, you may not like these. Personally, I don’t mind it and I doubt anyone else in a public setting notices. They come in three colours: white, beige and black. They all feel and perform mostly the same, but each one has a unique look. I’ve personally worn all three and love them all. White has a waxy appearance resembling plastic. None of them are see-through, but white is the least opaque of the three. And like any white garments, they’re more prone to staining. Even if you keep them clean, they may get a bit greyer with age but they will still look, work and feel great. Beige looks more fabric-like on the outside. It’s more opaque than white, and they do age a little, but not as much as white does. Black is completely opaque, and they are also the most resistant to aging. The inside is very glossy and smooth, but it looks like a silky, space-age fabric from the outside.Going from the size chart, the cut and sizing is spot on. The legs are properly positioned and snug, but not tight. There’s some room left over if you wear padding. The waist is not too high and perfect for daytime use.Since the inside is fairly smooth and impermeable, they clean up easily. For me a good wipe down is usually all they need but you can wash these in the machine which I do sometimes. I have tumbled them on low setting but hanging them would be safest - they dry quickly.Eventually, these wear out and the material loses its ability to contain moisture and starts to “weep”. At that point it will be time to toss them out and get a new pair. But in my experience you can get many cycles out of them before that happens. It’s varied but I’d say the 100 uses they claim in the product description is probably fairly accurate on average. They are pricey. Though I wish they cheaper, to me they're totally worth it.

Incotinent pant
I'm a big man. 6'5' 243# I wear Amazon's 3-Pack Men's Super Absorbency Washable Reusable Bladder Control Briefs. I recommend these. but these get saturated at times. So we began looking for adult versions of what we used to put on our children: rubber pants. These vinyl pant work very well except sometimes they leak around the leg seal. They seal at the waist very well. I think they are too expensive, but they do the job. They do not absorb moisture, you take them off and they're almost dry.

Useless Product
These are NOT leak proof. It's not because of the fit on the legs, no, the fit was good. But the product absorbed nothing. Very very disappointing.
