brilliant just what i wanted .

On receipt of this item I found it to be solidly built, weighty in the hand and very well finished. There were no rough or sharp edges to the metalwork which was brightly polished and as a result it looked much more expensive than the price paid. I have now used it a couple of times with no leaks from the hose coupling, trigger or adjustable nozzle. Other reviewers have commented on this tool being cold to the touch - using it on a frosty March morning I agree that gloves are needed for prolonged use. I don't know if the following is unique to me but I mention it in case any other users have experienced the same 'problem': Initially I was disappointed in the flow rate from the gun which seemed much lower than that experienced from a cheapo plastic Hozelock nozzle. Refitting the cheapo item confirmed my suspicion. I habitually use a Hozelock stop connector that cuts off the water flow when an accessory is removed from the end of the hose so you don't have to go to the tap to turn it off, fit another accessory then turn on the tap again. These have an additional thin, red collar for identification purposes. I swapped the stop connector for a standard item and the higher flow rate was restored. I assume the stem of the connector on the gun is fractionally shorter than the Hozelock standard thereby causing only a partial opening of the autostop mechanism and subsequent reduced flow. So far I am very happy with this purchase.

Only had this a couple of weeks, but very pleased with it so far. Although it is more expensive, it is made from better quality materials than the many cheaper versions available. I like the on/off mechanism which is encased in metal and rubber. This design is stops water ingress, thus protecting from rust. This makes it more robust than the cheaper plastic and coiled spring versions. I was having to buy a couple of hose heads every summer as the cheaper ones never lasted long. Based on that, if this one lasts a couple of years I'll have saved by purchasing it..... time will tell.

I purchased one of these for my friend who has had many hose guns and none have stood the test of time. It really is a solid spray gun, I got him the one where you use your thumb to adjust the water pressure, he loves it. Around six months later for some unknown reason the thumb trigger came off spraying water everywhere. I contacted FANHAO and spoke with Sophia (she has been exceptionally helpful) about the problem and they responded in less than 12 hours, requested proof of purchase and a few photos, after which they got back to me with confirmation of a replacement being posted directly to my friend who is very happy as this is the best spray gun he's had so far. Every company can have a product that goes wrong, the real test is the afterservice, and FANHAO's is truly top notch. Excellent all round service and products.

“No leak” it says on the product page. The only reason I purchased this was for the fact every other gun leaks after a couple months. Okay great, this is metal and shouldn’t leak. 2 years later, leaking. Now, it’s likely an O ring somewhere, but this thing is mainly 1 metal piece, which means you cannot service this at all. And now it’s 50% more expensive than 2 years ago and no longer under warranty. For some context, this gets used maybe once a week in the summer to water a small garden. It gets disconnected in winter and kept dry inside. There should be no reason something that’s been used 100 times to start failing. But here we are. I will not be purchasing again, it was £15 when I got it in 2023 and £22 now.

Fast delivery, excellent quality

Worked well for the two year guarantee, but used only for the past two Summers. Not used for car washing etc, and stored correctly. A few days past its guarantee, it leaks all down the trigger handle. It has been a great quality product. The seller has declined any contact, but Amazon have been helpful in trying to help. A sturdy item, tha5 shouldn’t have a seller by date attached to it.

I’m seldom inclined to leave product reviews but was so impressed with this, I’ll make an exception. Made entirely from metal (except for internal seals, of which there are two spares), this spray gun is well-made and robust and I can’t see any parts that will fail structurally; even the male hose connector is made of brass! I’ve bought well-known brands in the past, which are all predominantly plastic and in my experience, short-lived. Last time bought ‘premium’ Hozelock spray (with some metal on casing) but the hose connector was only attached with a silicone-adhesive and broke in <6 months! Only had it a short while but expect it to be in use for years to come. Happy to recommend. (Instructions recommend not to leave outside in cold weather but surely that advice is applicable to all spray guns)

Positivt: känns gedigen, skulle bli förvånad om den inte håller i en evighet. Negativt: Dusch-läget för hårt tryck för att vattna känsligare plantor. För lång slaglängd på avtryckaren, ej ergonomiskt. Hade väl varit försvarbart om slaglängden hade reglerat trycket men det är i stort sett bara på/av.

In this case a few thousand people weren't wrong. Works a treat. Great pressure as described, naturally that reduces the litres per minute flow rate. Fan patterns seem good and so far hasn't leaked. Fits in the hand well. You'll want a decent trigger finger as the spring tension on the trigger is fairly robust, but I'd much rather that than some flimsy plastic setup. Very pleased and half the price of equivalent box store offerings.

This is an excellent product!! working really well first up.... Longevity needs to be tested
