Good product non-greasy and easy to apply. I have been massaging in generous amounts twice daily on sore muscles, especially after exercise. It seems to help with muscle pain, fatigue and recovery, but whether that is the product or just the act of rubbing/massaging the muscles I don't know. Either way I think this is a good product to try if you have chronic muscle pain, fatigue, cramps, etc. Only side-effect I have experienced is it does sometimes make the skin tingle a bit. I will be buying again when I run out.

I’ve bought a number of these now and will continue to do so. An excellent product if a little expensive. It does feel a bit oily but the benefits outweigh the tacky skin. I wouldn’t like it to be anymore expensive though. Keep up the good work.

Suffer from wear and tear in the knee. Heard good things about Magnesium oil so purchased one bottle to start with. Have found it excellent for relieving the pain. I can move my knee much more in the 2 weeks of use. It did sting quite a bit for the first few days but the stinging subsided about 20 mins after applying. It is quite greasy and has a drying effect on my hands. I have found that I am sleeping much better at night. This could be because my knee does not 'lock' during the night and the pain does not waken me. I apply morning and night on my knee and the soles of my feet. I would recommend this oil and have purchased a further 4 bottles. I plan to give one to my mum as she recently had a knee op and suffers from aching. I will up date later as to what reaction she has. My only gripe is that the bottle stops spraying so I transferred into another one. Update: Having given my mum a bottle of this spray she found it excellent for her arthritis in her hands and also the pain she felt in her thigh following a knee replacement. She had the same problem with the bottle not spraying so I purchased the lotion for her which I felt might be easier for her to use. Unfortunately, the lotion did not do the same job as the spray and did not give the same pain relief. We are not back to using the spray which I have transferred into an easier to use bottle. She and I would thoroughly recommend this product as it has certainly reduced the pain and discomfort we suffer from.

The size is very generous and can see that it would last a good while. The spray pump was very easy to use. You don't need that much - to massage into areas (I used on my feet and calves) very bad cramping in feet especially. I found that after just a few days of use, however, my skin was extraordinarily dry and patchy. Though I do regularly moisturise with a good enriching body lotion, this only got worse. Then after a little over a week, I noticed I started to have a rash on my calves! Nothing new has been added into any regime anywhere (dermal/nutritional/activities or otherwise) - the only new 'add in' was this spray/oil. I HAVE had a series of labs done for various tests. I'm OK by my doctor to use this in fact he recommended it! However - after just under two weeks time I had to stop using this. I attempted to contact the seller, but 'not available' - so I contacted Amazon. They gave me a FULL refund and told me to stop using the product immediately. I have since found the 'Better You' lotion (I Chose the one with Lavender) and is SOOO nice. It's still early days! But so far after three days of use - I've not had any problems (Dermally or otherwise). It could be ANY of the minute constituents in the compound for this spray that I had a reaction to. OVERALL though - I DO Feel that it's of very good quality?? Just - this wasn't for me. I don't have sensitive skin or any other skin conditions. I lean toward olive-complected. As with any 'medication' or medical treatment - there's always a 50/50 chance something will/won't work. In this case I had to stop using it (under the two weeks). I usually like to run a 'trial' for about 4-6 weeks to give something a fair run. This didn't get past the two. But like I said - I think this is of good quality - very easy to use (the pump, application to skin/areas) - also very easy to clean hands thereafter. I had no problems with any residue, only had a severe drying of skin and then the rash. VERY grateful for the refund. I applied that to my bottle of Better You Magnesium Sleep (Lavender) lotion. SO far, I'm VERY happy. ON THAT NOTE: IF you're willing - I DO Think it's good quality. DO seek your GP's or healthcare practitioner's advice as this DOES contain MAGNESIUM - lol - JUST a thought. OR Use minimally to 'test' for a few days (I Did this! But - that's why we 'test' things - to see if anything happens!) Just be careful - but I'd have to say this was by far the best in 'quality' that I've tested so far! (just had to switch to a lotion though!)

For those non familiar or with sensitive skin (as myself) could be a little unpleasant in the beginning, or could feel itchy on some areas of body, but that's just normal. Need to just wash out that area and not to spray for a while, day or two. I found it best under the armpits, legs and stomach. It is true - it does uplift the body and mind, but - what is more important - also beneficial to everybody that suffers any kind of illness. Magnesium chloride oil is simply that SIMPLE and GREAT!

This was recommended to me. I was a bit sceptical, as most things i have tried have little or no affect. I have fibro symptoms, muscle pain inflammation, nerve pain. It has worked amazingly well, i use on the area where the pain is can notice the difference almost instantly, really relaxes the area esp at night to aid sleep. The slight issue is it can dry the skin out and cause some itchiness, but the pros outweigh this for me. Literally changed my life :)

After reading the great reviews about this product, I've decided to purchased it about 13 months ago and have to say that its an amazing product with incredible instant results. For over 20 years I suffered with fybromialgia, osteoporosis which means that I used to be in a lot of pain, tired, depressed, painful back and neck problems, consequently I was on a lot of medication,as I started to use this oil it has helped me so much and I could say that I am almost pain free, I have been sleeping so much better and my tense neck and shoulder's have almost disappeared :) At first It used to make me itch upon application but it has got much better after time. I have recommended to my family and friends and will definitely continue to use it although I am making my own oil as it works out cheaper but would highly recommend this Oil.
