suitable fr volvo s60 milky polycarbonate/glass headlights?

Used it on a 12 year old peugeot 307. Guess all headlights now are more or less same plastic- if it is foggy it should work. Beware 1) to tape well all parts of the car as it is easy with the wheel to scratch the paint of the bumper if it is not well protected. Use plenty of tape to carefully mask all parts around the headlight and b) when applying the paste the spinning will throw droplets all around. Wear old clothes and do not do it next to your new garden furniture or freshly polished classic car! Also lift bonnet - it will protect car paint and windscreen from flying droplets. I did not apply sealant but probably this will mean that the lamp will become foggy again sooner.

How many kits do we need for a car? I'm assuming one covers two headlights?

one kit is plenty - i did both lights on my passat and i've probably got enough left to do them again.I WOULD RECOMMEND USING A SEALING COAT TO FINISH THEM OFF - MAKES THE EFFECT LAST MUCH LONGER - I BOUGHT MINE FROM AMAZON FOR ABOUT £6 - WELL WORTH THE LITTLE EXTRA WITH REPLACEMENT LAMPS RUNNING AT OVER £200 !!!

Drill speed? how important is it to use the "recommended" 1200 to1600rpm. my drill is only 800rpm. can i still use this drill?

I'm using a 10 year old AEG 18 Volt drill not sure how many rpm it is but its more about control and correct pressure you apply, hope this helps 

Will this remove headlight scratches on a bmw 4 series

Our MGZT-T is a BMW at heart so feel that the headlamps will clean well with this if they are plastic (not sure about glass) Scary at first as the lense gets worse before it gets better. Also use a power drill not a rechargeable one as it needs extended use. It took half an hour on each lamp. Looks absolutely great now
