Best book I've read to my grandchildren. Chance to use different voices for the characters, delightful illustrations to keep everyone interested and well paced....urging you to turn the page. I loved reading this out loud for bedtime and the following morning my 3 and 5 year old g/children sat and retold the story completely on their own to each other.Now that is a good story!

A brilliant book for children . My grandson is 3yrs old and loved this book. The pictures are great and the large print is easy to read. I really recommend this book. It made both my grandson and myself chuckle.

My Year 2 class thought this was really funny and slightly unusual. They particularly enjoyed the rhyming nature of the text and the illustrations.

Another book that we read to my grandson so often we know it by heart, but he loves it each time
