will this device support usb bluetooth receiver for use with bluetooth headphones?

No, I do not believe it is Bluetooth compatible. Granted it feels cheaply made but as far as a radio though, it works quite awesome. The SW receiver works well and the ability to utilize micro SD cards to play MP3 files makes this a very good unit.
