Update after 11 months:I originally gave this a very bad review and 1 star. I was convinced that it wasn't stainless steel as after a few weeks use there were brown rust marks on them. Since cleaning them off they haven't reappeared so I'm leaning towards the conclusion that the rust may have transferred from something that was placed on the shelf. Rating updated to 3 stars and will update again in a few months.I'm no longer furious and would even say I'm satisfied with the purchase.Original review for reference:This is not entirely made of stainless steel. The wire section shows signs of rust with less than a months use. I therefore expect that it's chrome plated mild steel.I purchased 2x and if I hadn't already drilled holes in my tiles I would return them both.I'm absolutely furious as now I have to find a local metal fabricator to make me some to the exact same mounting dimensions out of actual stainless steel which is going to be very expensive.

Had this for over three years and still great. No rust, and nice and strong, now looking at buying more from this brand for another bathroom.

I'd love to have kept this. Solid and looks really good. Sadly was just a little too big for my space.
