My husband stopped using VOLTAREN after trying this. I moved recently, had less than 3 days to move in, decorate, stock pantry & prepare Christmas dinner for approximately 20. From my lower back down, I was in such pain, I couldn't relax enough to sleep. I even took 800mg Advil, which didn't work. I rubbed the Now cream on my lower back, & every joint below. I then applied Arnica 98% gel, I was in shock about how well this worked, & immediately! This definitely offers the best pain relief of any cream I have tried. My brother had a painful & swollen wrist, less than 24hrs later, it was back to normal. My sister-in-law had sore upper back & neck, from work, she is hooked on this as well. The Now cream by itself works, but I am a firm believer in Arnica. Arnica has proven itself to be a miracle cream, gel, & supplement, so the more Arnica, the better! BTW, I order these products for friends & family, because I want them to lead more painfree, productive lives.

Extremely easy to use. Provides relief extremely quickly. This product was recommended to me years ago by a neighbor who was able to not her a knee replacement because of how helpful this is. It does stain my pillow case with a cake like texture; but the relief it provides is worth it. Doesn’t smell like some other products. Most of my family has decided to use it because I speak so highly of it.

I use this for arthritis in my knees. It works pretty well. I don't use it all the time, just when I'm particularly busy and can't take time to rest up - which usually means I buy it in late winter so I can use it when I'm acting with the Onion Skin Players and three performances in a row makes my knees too sore to move. This winter I'm not acting but I still bought the lotion because my husband has such a sore shoulder he can barely do any of his usual activities. It arrived yesterday and we warmed the tube in a basin of hot water (he can't stand any kind of cold lotion) and then I applied it gently to the front and back of his shoulder area - he didn't want enough pressure applied to really rub it in well, but it absorbed enough that it didn't stick to his clothing. This morning he said that the pain had gone away most of the night and he had slept better than he had since the shoulder pain had begun. We warmed the tube again and applied more and he said the pain relief happened almost immediately this time. It works. It works really well. It is unscented and doesn't leave a residue or make your skin feel hot. I don't at all mind rubbing it into my hands when I am done applying it to the painful area. I recommend it to anyone with joint or muscle pain. I don't use it regularly enough to claim that it heals anything, all I know is that it relieves pain and makes joints work better in the short term.

It works very well on my tennis elbow issue.

I love this MSM lotion. I have back issues and it really help me with those and I can usually get away with just the lotion. However, there are days when sleep is hard to come by because the pain is so intense. When that happens I have my husband rub the lotion on first and then follow with Rural Route Full Spectrum (2500mg) Salve and the pain relief happens within minutes and I can then sleep like a baby. I credit the MSM for helping to deliver the CBD on a cellular level because I never get the same effect if I only use just one product but together they are phenomenal.

I highly recommend this cream. I have used it for years. I use this product because it does ease the pain, it does help to help with stiffness, it does help with healing.
