This is by far the best of its kind that I’ve used. Once it’s on it feels very secure with the double Velcro and it feels very flush with your body without feeling tight around you which is what I’ve found with other options that you always have to crank down on to keep them on.

I like it ,bought it together with the sweet sweat cream and it’s definitely doing its job as advertised .Can’t wait to see the results after a few weeks

I have used it for a week, so my review wont be as good as I think one would need to wait a bit more to really known if it is working. It is good as light support for the back when exercising although is not made for that. If you do cardio you sweat more as if not using it. I use it with the sweet sweat gel and i feel good. You feel great after workout and you see a difference although the next day you dont notice it, I guess is more the oily effect like in the movies ha ha ha!! I like it.

It has a lot of support and so far is my favourite waist trimmer. I tend to use it for sweating purposes. It’s great for cardio

Bought it a while ago and I use it without the gel or anything g and definitely see an increase in sweat production in the covered area. whether this is helping me with weight loss/management is unclear but it definitely makes you sweat and that really all te product should be considered for.

I have to return this, it didn’t fit as how I expected it to, it flimsy, and easily rolls down, no back support because it’s too thin, it needs to be thicker and firm to support the back x
