Q: Has any left handers actually used this? What do you think about its suitability for left handers?

I'm left footed and find that my elbow slips when I peel bananas. Otherwise perfect.

Q: is it a good peeler for Red Peppers?

These are very sharp But I haven’t tried peeling red peppers

Mine has stayed very sharp and intact for years.

Not sure about that, but it’s very sharp , so should last a long time . The best I have ever used !!
