Would have been a five star but the last third of the liquid seems to have dried out and is hard to get out of the bottle. I love having a small bottle on hand for deadlifts, I use the clip to hang to the outisde of my bag so it’s easy to access. Quick and clean answer to sweaty hands in the gym. You don’t need to use much so the bottle last a decent amount of time.

The chalk doesn't stay on your hands for very long, I find I have to keep reapplying it 5-6 times during a session unlike other liquid chalks

I bought this to use in yoga class but the product seems to separate in the tube and is difficult to remix. I haven't found it to be particularly helpful for my slippy hands.

It is not cheap, but i love it!It is easy to apply and it stays on the skin much longer so you don't have to dive into your chalk pocket after every few meters ;)Will buy again! :)

I used this for powerlifiting to test liquid chalk before buying a big myprotein bottle, personally I'd recommend straight up buying a myprotein bottle if you're going to use this for a long time, otherwise good purchase.
