It helped me feel better in the mornings a small amount but overall it just made me less hungry. It also seems permanent too. I haven’t been able to eat three meals since I had them and I used to be able to eat 4. So it’s a good idea for losing weight but overall for other health issues I wouldn’t suggest it.
