Q: Can this mixer be used in the studio with a separate audio interface

Yes definitely. I use it the way in my home studio. The main or any of the sub channels can be used as the output to the audio interface.

Q: Is it having audio interface for recording?

Yes. It has a USB audio interface which can be used for direct digital recording. Alternatively, you could use a separate recording device and connect to either the unbalanced 1/4 inch outputs, or the balanced XLR outputs.
