PREMIER SEEDS DIRECT - Onion BUNCHING (Spring) - White Lisbon - 5 GRAM (Organic)

Item arrived much earlier than date given by seller. Both the external packaging and immediate product packaging remained undamaged during transit. The use by date of 2 years gives plenty of time to explore product performance. The price charged including the delivery charge was still very competitive to local prices for this type of onion. However for some reason France and Italy do not seem to grow White Lisbon. It does not appear to be a climate issue as White Lisbon seeds can easily be bought in the USA. So far - good value ( still need to germinate , harvest ,cook & eat the product).

There were no instructions with these seeds. Ie no sewing times, no estimated germination time or growing time. I don’t know whether to sew outside now or keep them on my windowsill. Disappointing! Also 2 little packets of seeds arrived in a big box when an envelope would have done perfectly well!

So they were quite tricky to germinate and not as successful as other seeds. The taste is quite neutral, not that strong or unique. Much like the spring onion you get in tesco. Can't knock it, just giving an honest review
