Nostalgia Retro Wide 2-Slice Toaster, Vintage Design With Crumb Tray, Cord Storage & 5 Toasting Levels, Red

When it came time to replace my old toaster, I was stoked to find this cute pink toaster that matches the theme of my kitchen! The price isn’t too bad, especially since it seems like a pretty good quality! It’s perfect for most of my needs, my only complaint is it is a little shallow, so if I’m toasting an irregular shaped bread (like a slice from a loaf of sourdough), I have to toast half and then flip it to toast the other half. It works great and is straightforward to use. It is sturdy without being too heavy. It has a bagel option, which is pretty standard but definitely a necessity, but I love that it also has a defrost option as I have recently gotten on the bandwagon of freezing my bread. Overall, I think it’s a great toaster that not only looks so cute, but also functions really well! It also is the perfect size for the space I had available for it. My only wish is that there was an option for the metal parts to be gold instead of silver, but that’s not a huge deal!

This toaster is beyond stylish! Its well made, has a nice weight to it and has wide slots! Works great!

This toasts well and it’s cute. Some toasters I’ve had in the past had touchy settings. and it was easy to burn bread, but this one doesn’t have that problem. Even though I read the measurements before I ordered it, it’s larger than I thought it would be. Would order it again,

This toaster does have the wider slots for bagels. It does a nice even toasting. It is very nice looking on my counter top. No more hiding my toaster.

This toaster is really cute and retro looking. So far it has worked fine. My only issue is that because it is not made of some kind of plastic but made of metal it gets pretty hot on the outside. It’s just something you need to be mindful of. I think I just forgot what it was like in the old days (yes I’m old) when stuff was not made of cheap materials. I wouldn’t suggest it for people with little ones unless they are really on top of teaching them about safety.

OMG this toaster is soo cute. I love the retro design. It is an average value for a toaster that isnt plain. It fits bagels. It browns the bread products at a resonable speed.

I love the look of this toaster, and it works very well. I encourage purchasing this if you need or want a new toast. Generous slots for Texas toast or bagels is a plus.

Let's not kid ourselves, we're all buying this toaster for that sweet nostalgic retro kitchen appliance look. In that respect, this toaster delivers. It looks a little washed out, sky blue in some of the pictures online (even my review picture looks washed out greenish) but I assure you, it's got that slight greenish tinge that makes it such a gorgeous shade of bright retro aqua. Mine worked without issue but the toasting temps are really powerful. I'd start out at level one and adjust from there (my first test toast were at level 3 and they came out black). Level three is more of a frozen waffle setting. I have not tested a bagel but toast and waffles are great. The bottom tray slides out quite easily for cleaning and the toaster itself is easy to wipe down. You will have to dry the plastic chrome-looking parts after to keep them from looking spotty/streaky, but this is an attention piece so you were going to do that anyway ;) Family of three that uses the product almost daily; husband is kind of rough with appliances but it's holding up with no issues or malfunctions. Simplistic but stylish, I highly recommend.
