Good ayurvedic solution for chronic constioation. The Only negative is tablets are smaller size. Had it been 500g Or 650gram, then it would have been greater effect on stomach problems.

Now days I am not going outside for office work, hence I have taken 2 tablets in the morning in empty stomach with water. Got the best result to clear system easily. Who is busy with their work in the office they should take this tablet at the night time after dinner to get stomach clear in the morning.

I take this tablet but motion not clear,still improvement is required, only thing is rate cheap but what is the use,

The Ayurvedic Medicine is Moderately Effective But It Needs More Improvement and Futher Research.I Would Suggest The Company to Incorporate Senna and Guggul Extracts for Better Therapeutic Efficacy.
