I recently purchased this circle router jig, and it has completely transformed the way I work with circular cuts. The setup was straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow. Quite simply the best attachment I have purchased for my router in a long time. Took about 10 minutes to figure out how to attach the Jasper Cutter Jig to my (Milwaukee) hand router. I tested on a scrap piece of OSB and voila a perfect circle. I cut out 8" and 10" holes for lights in drywall, OSB, and ply wood ceiling and smaller circles in walls for cable management with ease. I'm sure there are other products out there that do equally good a job as the Jasper but am very happy with quality, form, and function of my Jasper.

I was on the fence about buying this but am 100% happy I did. Used this to cut some spacer/trim rings for a front speaker install on my daily. It had some weird mounts and no one offered any adapters. This is pretty easy to use and I love it. Can’t wait to figure out another project to use it for. Fits a Milwaukee compact router but mounts with two screws instead of 4. It’s secure enough to use that way.

The first shipment I received turned out to be a used unit and was missing hardware. Anyway, I got a replacement and it had the hardware. Long story short, this works very well. Without prior experience, I was able to mate a new trim router up to it and cut perfect holes. I was also able to recess speakers with a little bit of practice. My only complaint is that the numbers are on the face down side. Maybe I'm wrong but it seems more logical to have it on the top side. As is, I have to lift the jig up and peer at the opposite side to gauge the the dimensions I'm looking for. Seems odd.

Very easy to use and provides excellent results. I’ve been trying to cut a 1 9/16 “ diameter hole for a few days now with poor results. Once I attached this to my handheld Dewalt router I had the results I needed in less than 1 minute. Easily worth the money.

Received order next day, PLUS. I have two hand/palm router. A Dewalt and a Craftsman, the Dewalt was on the list of compatibility. As seen in photo the Craftsman CMCW400 fits as well!

Perfect circles every time

It's a very cool piece of kit. There are tons of YouTube videos that show how to make your own jigs but the accuracy and flexibility (and I don't mean bendy) of this are unbeatable. I could do with it being in metric and not the American ancient history imperial measurements but I can live with that. Cutting out the circles in the photo was easy and actually really satisfying. Strongly recommended.

It doesnt work with MDF, too thick for this product

I previously ordered the Chinese knockoff for this item, but it had awful tear out for the router mounting holes. It was also covered in micro fractures. This unit has minor tear out where the mounting holes overlap and no cracks, so 4.5. They also sent me the Pro version and included the mounting hardware and centering pin.

Works perfectly, quality item !!!
