Okay probiotics. They taste nice and have a good texture. However, you can get higher quality probiotics for a similar price. They are easy to use, especially with a busy schedule. I’ve personally swapped to capsules I can open now, as I struggle swallowing tablets.

I bought these because the daily doses for Vit D, B12 and Biotin are above the recommended levels and it's often hard to find a gummy that encompasses all women's vital vitamins in 1 gummy but also at almost 100% daily allowances. I take 2 of these with Vit D, Magnesium and probiotics and I have seen a BIG difference in my mood swings and energy levels. Being in my late 30s, hormone regulation is important for me and I've found the mix here really help with that. Only downside is they are very sweet for my likely, almost sickly so definitely have after coffee or food. Decent value for money, but be aware you'll need 2 gummies a day to hit the NRVs.
