There is a significant size difference between the 65cm and the 75cm. I initially bought the 65cm because that was supposed to be appropriate for my height 5'6. I find it comfortable for stretching and relieving hip pain. I'm currently pregnant. However, I had to order the larger size as well to use it as an office chair. The 65cm was too short to accommodate that need. I love both sizes since they fit different needs. Great quality, good price. Only other thing I found is they smell like rubber/fresh paint when you first open them. The smell dissipates after a couple days. I am also super sensitive to smells due to pregnancy, so may notice the initial smell more acutely than most. I would definitely buy these in the future.

I am 5'7" so I bought the 65 cm and it's the perfect size for me! The air pump it comes with was very easy to use and after the ball was pumped up I never had a problem with it deflating. If I could recommend any exercise ball during pregnancy it would be this one!! The textured points on the one half of the ball not only make me feel stable on my wood floors but they feel great massaging my lower back and thighs. I stretch and do some other exercises every day with this ball and have felt relief of muscle pain! Get this ball. You won't regret it.

Splurged on this because the price was right. It was a really helpful buy. Really helped me with my back pain in my third trimester when I had trouble sitting on my couch. Now that we’ve had the baby, he loves to be held and bounce on it. It’s a nice exercise ball. I don’t really think we needed the spiky part though.

I purchased this ball for both pre-birth exercises, labor, and postpartum recovery. My baby isn't here yet, so I can't rate it for the last two, but I have found it comfortable for the exercises. I chose this model because of the massage bumps, but once the ball is inflated, the bumps are pretty insignificant. I still feel they give the ball better grip on my uncarpeted floor, so I am sticking with my choice. The plug head is a little small, so it settles into the hole and is extremely difficult to remove, even with the provided tool which bends a little too easily to be of much use. I used to work with a midwife who provided a ball for her clients during labor, so I have quite a bit of experience inflating, plugging, unplugging, and deflating her birthing ball, which was much easier. I'm just glad I won't have to be unplugging this one as often as I did hers. Otherwise, I am happy with the feel of the ball, the apparent quality, and the size (I did order a size larger than what was recommended for my height, and am glad I did, as the ball is relatively soft and squishes down a lot when I sit on it. I can't inflate it further with the provided pump.) It works for me.

Item arrived on time, included was a pump which was great. With all the gyms closed and me being a gym rat, I was desperate for all my same workout equipment. Now for full disclosure, I'm 68 so no chance here of needing to ease any onset of labor or delivery, lol.This product performs just as good for all my workout needs as the one used at the gym! Only this one is only mine, so I feel safer using the Comfy Mom for sanitary reasons.

As a plus size pregnant woman carrying my 3rd child, this ball was extremely helpful in relieving my pelvic and back pain. From 33 weeks onward I bounced on this ball nightly. It is made of a thick rubber which feels sturdy to sit on so I didn’t have to worry about any ball mishaps. I liked that it has these nubs on the bottom of the ball which help grip the floor for added security.

This is a good quality ball for a good price. I really like the texture points that are on 1/2 of the ball. I have used it for working out, and it holds up very nicely. In fact, my three kids have already put it through the ringer, and it’s holding up great. I recommend it.

I love it. This ball has been a great help with my pregnancy. Its helped relieved my back pain, helped me crack my back when nothing else would work! Its helped take pressure off my back and spine. Perfect when I could not sit anywhere comfortably! I used youtube to search for positions to reduce back pain during pregnancy and also to help encourage labor. So it's a great help! Only thing is the pump sucks. Would of took for ever but I have an electric pump & that took 2-3 mins and bam ready to use.

The product is exactly as described and does the job. Sometimes I do get scared it will burst but didn't have any problem so far. My only complain is that there were no instructions... It might seem obvious how to inflate but it would have been nice to have instructions. I didn't find the massaging part necessary.

While sitting on this exercise ball, it popped and I fell on my tailbone. I weigh about 200 pounds, don’t think I’m too heavy for it. Of course, this happened a week after the return period expired.
