Are there any tricks to getting the risers closest to the platform off? I cannot get them off which will probably mean we will have to return this.

Yes, it is harder to get your hand underneath where those risers snack on. Therefore, use some type of tool like a screwdriver to get underneath to pop them off, and then they snack back on just like the others.

How to remove the risers closest to platform!? I have hurt myself twice now doing it and feel there must be better way?

Hi, it is tight and hard to remove but can be done. I face the Yes4Me letters towards me so I always know what area to separate them. It's at the upper left side and there's an "unlock" code there. It's still tight but will work. I stack mine up to four to do step ups and then back to twos for dip squats, I don't use the long board. I've separated them many times and they are still tight. Firm grip so you don't hurt yourself. :-)

Does this come with the platform?
