Six Months and Counting!!
I have been supplementing with these magnesium supplements for over six months now while taking GLP one medication to help regulate bowel movement. They have improved my digestive health while on these medication substantially, I take two capsules per day and sometimes a few more if I'm having trouble using the restroom.
