Runs Large/ quality is mediocre
Purchased for my niece who is tall, but thin. This dress ran large in the waistline and sleeves. We had to tuck the end of the sleeve under for her.Quality was good, but not as good as the photos. It was a little lacking in the fullness of the tulle. Overall it was ok. More Walmart than Dillarss if that makes sense.

The dress I bought for a little girl I know and her mother said it fit perfectly I ordered a size 4T but they sent me a size 5T. Thankfully it fit.
