Heating engineer - I bought these, thinking they’ll come in handy. I wasn’t wrong, one of the best tools in my service bag. Whoever thought of putting the grove in the end of the pliers, is a genius.

A good purchase on things you have to have a sturdy grip on. Especially with the serrations on the jaws which give you confidence to undo the item which causing you grief indeed . The handles set just right to fit snuggly in your grip forsure a good around pair of pliers to have in tool box.

They're mint.👍🏻Most recently a mate wanted to play musical filler flaps on his pickups, 3 of the 6 fixings were cammed out and the others felt iffy, IYKYK!.🤦🏻‍♂️Heat, Ferrosol and these Knipex pliers got 5 out but Murphy's Law of Mechanics applied and the 6th snapped the head off with nothing left to grip.🤬Old mate nearly cried picturing the drilling/tapping drama and unsportingly vetoed tek screwing the flap on (what a c***!😄), so I built up the stub with weld, put a washer with the tightest ID over and welded the stub to it then finally welded a nut to the washer and while it was cherry hot, sprayed water on it.Thermal shock, Ferrosol and the Knipex pliers got the final bit out!.💪🏻All done with the end on part of the pliers!. 😁On the narrowest notch the jaws are approximately 3cm wide.On the widest notch they are 6.5cm wide approximately.The seller was good, quickly dispatched and exactly as advertised.Thanks for reading my novel, if you want a signed copy, get in touch.🙄😜🤣
