If anything, it gives you a bad tummy ache as quite frankly its very unnatural to wear just an item of clothing for long periods.I wish I just continued swimming and not felt this would do the trick!Save your money and do not buy this product!!Un-happy customer.

Not tight enough. I could only get a medium and I think I needed a small but the fabric is too stretchy to hold a a bulging belly

rubbish don't buy it, one might as well stich together a tight fabric it would be better and cheaper
