As you can see in the product description, each ration pack contains 24x500g packages, Each 500g package gives 2,500 kcal. That gives you 60,000Kcal altogether. The product name is misleading though. Taken from the NHS website: Within a healthy, balanced diet, a man needs around 10,500kJ (2,500Kcal) a day to maintain his weight. For a woman, that figure is around 8,400kJ (2,000Kcal) a day. A 2 months means 60 days, and that means if you try to live of that ration pack for 2 months, you would get a measly 1000Kcal a day and would lose a considerable amount of your own body weight - semi starvation. Can you "survive" on that for 60 days? Sure, but with emphasis on "survive" and not thrive.
