I can’t bear swallowing another supplement so I was happy to see that this is in powder form. Joint health is something that is so overlooked.I think this is best used with smoothies, as opposed to just water, but that’s just my opinion. I was happy that there are two flavor options because lemon is just not my jam.Lastly, I love that this is FSA and HSA eligible. It doesn't dissolve well in cold water, it lumps and clumps. I don't make smoothies, so I use it in my hot teas because of the lemon taste and it dissolves well in hot water.I haven't noticed much of a difference but I've only used it for 2 weeks now. So I guess we'll see after a while.
