Ion ICT04RS Replacement Stylus for iCT04 Cartridge, Pack of 2

Previous needle some snapped clean through one day, so these have been a bit of a life saver. Quick to install, great price and loving having the player back up and working again! Oh, and if anyone else was wondering, these do fit the Ion Profile LP model as well as the "deluxe" version. I have no idea if there is any difference between the two, but it was the one thing that worried me about the purchase as it wasn't exactly clear.

Bought them for my dad's ION turntable. He's really pleased with them which made them worth the price.

Contrary to the description found here and on ION's website : 'Compatible with the following ION turntables: TTUSB05 & XL', the ION ICT04RS replacement needle is not compatible with the ION TTUSB05XL , or at least not my model which requires an altogether different fitting. I found this out to my cost after ordering this product via an Amazon seller, who was decent enough to issue me with a refund me but not my postage cost for sending stylus back.Though this stylus looks precisely like my stylus, is of the same weight, and does, with perseverance, clip to the arm, it does not slide into the three holed silver fitting and when playing reveals no sound. I should just emphasize that I made no changes to my set-up after removing my worn stylus and mounting the new one.Unfortunately, ION, from where Amazon's picture is sourced, does not provide a necessary view to determine how the stylus fits to the arm. My version of the ION TTUSB05XL was manufactured in 2007and (unsurprisingly) has been discontinued by ION who (surprisingly) no longer supply the necessary stylus. If ION does continue to support my model, then I could find no other stylus for the ION TTUSB05XL here or at their site.My star rating is not a reflection on the product, but the information regarding both the fitting and the model it supports.If my facts are incorrect, then I will be happy to remove said review.

I ordered this stylus double pack at 3-30 on Tuesday afternoon and I had received it by Thursday morning! Outstanding service from the vendor Vinyl Guru.I bought this stylus to replace a damaged one and fitting it was very simple, a 30 second job.I hadn't played any records for years and now I'm taken back to my late teens playing my Undertones, Siouxsie and the Banshees and New Order singles. Bliss!

Lightweight, easy to fit, excellent sound quality. Vinyl heaven.

The product was exactly what I needed. Very happy.Packaging could have been better though , the thin envelope had holes in the corners but arrived safely so not a big deal.

Doesn't fit to cartridge tightly.

Bought these as my toddler son can't keep his hands off the turntable. He has broken one of these since so lucky I got 2! Product as described and arrived in good time.

J'ai acheté ces diamants pour ma platine ION Profile LP après avoir vérifié sur le site du constructeur. Et en effet maintenant que j'ai pu les essayer, je peux confirmer qu'ils s'adaptent parfaitement à cette platine.Je suis donc très satisfaite d'autant que le son est très bon. Et en plus la livraison a été très rapide : j'ai pu ainsi profiter de ma platine et de mes disques vynils pour le réveillon de la St Sylvestre. Merci au vendeur
