How often should I use this product?

I use it after every shampoo, sparingly. I find that I can spritz water over my hair lightly and it rejuvenates the styling product in between shampoos. Hope this helps.

Can I put some conditioner on the ends of my hair after I have dried my hair?

To anyone who may be wondering this same question. Yes, you absolutely can. I do it all the time once my hair is dry. In fact, that's what I mainly use it for because my hair gets static in the winter and so I put a very small amount in my hand and apply to my dry hair which takes care of the static.

Is this a good product to use to straighten thick to really thick hair? Or would ultra-sleek flat iron mist be better to use on our hair?

The product doesn't have much to do with straightening. It just smoothes the hair so it's softer and more manageable. However recently I have realized that if I put in any more than a drop or so, it leaves a sort of film in my hair. For that reason I've stopped using it as much. I haven't used the ultra sleek flat iron mist, but that sounds like it would be more suitable for what u are looking for. Also, I don't care for the shampoo and conditioner in this line. My hair is straight to wavy with color in it. I felt like it didn't give it any life. Look at the dessange line from Paris. U can find it at target. Now that is ultra smoothing.
