These really work for me! My appetite is definitely lower and I have pretty much stopped snacking at all because I feel pleasantly full and (for the first time in my life!) forget to think about food for hours at a time! I bought this item to control hunger pangs which I get in the day quite often, usually when im working and need to concentrate. I don't that much weight to lose but I do need to lose some after indulging over the holidays. Have tried these, only for the past 3 days but they have done NOTHING to curb my appetite, it wouldn't be so bad if they weren't as expensive- I don't usually leave reviews but im leaving one for these because they cost £29.99 for 60 pills. That's 14 to 10 days worth!!! Don't waste your money, its a lot to pay for a very disappointing product.

Okay so im one day one for taking overpwr appetite suppressent and i am impressed! I took one at lunch time and skipped lunch, it definitely helped to fill me up and i oddly didnt even think about food. I will continue to use this product and will be ordering another. Highly recommended so far 👌 😁🤩

bought this product on a whim , being completely honest I didn’t think it was going to be effective but I was so wrong. Used it a few days now and could tell the difference from the first dose. has controlled my strong sugar cravings all throughout the day. DEFINITELY make sure you drink 400ml of water so they can work properly! if you’re looking for something to control them cravings trust me just get this you will not be disappointed!
