After just a few weeks of use, with proper maintenance, the battery on this no longer works. It can do a single cycle before dying, 2 cycles are recommended to remove all pesticides, and a full charge should allow 30 uses before recharging. Reached out to the manufacturer for assistance as the included instructions indicate a 90 day warranty and was informed only the 30 day Amazon return window applies. This could be a great product, but needs to work as described. We did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews to choose this brand and are so disappointed that it didn’t last at all.

I really love this product. I've been using it since before it became available on Amazon. I feel like it cleans my fruits and veggies and they taste so much better..however, I've had several of them because they have had to be replaced due to it suddenly stopping or it won't charge. The first 2 times I replaced it via customer service since it was under warranty and they really make you provide so much info before they will consider replacing it but they did replace it once and the second I had to buy a new one because they wouldn't replace it dueto it being a couple of days out of warranty. It's just a bit to pricey for me to buy every time it stops working. It rusts easily also. But it works so well it's still my favorite.

I ran a test to see if it was worth the price. I cleaned my fruit the way I normally would then I put them in for a cycle with the AquaPure. I thought that the water would be clean at the end of it and it would've been a waste of money but that was not the case. There was so much residue in the water so much film on the top of the water that I was actually horrified because I had already cleaned the fruit. when I pulled one of the grapes out it was so clean and so clear that I was amazed, I've actually never seen a grape that clean before. After seeing what I've seen and knowing what I know I will never eat fruit that has not been run through an AquaPure cycle again.

Well I am not sure because I don’t see any dirt or residue from washing the berries daily, the water doesn’t move much so I cannot see the difference, just hope the fruit is cleaned as promised .

Excellent product !!

I purchased this item back in February of 2023. I had no problems with it until April of this year 2024. It simply stopped working during a cleaning cycle. I contacted AquaPure's customer support to find out if they could help me troubleshoot the problem. Unfortunately, they were only able to tell me to do a reset which did not work and that I could purchase a new one with a 10% off code since I was outside the warranty period. I would have to order directly through them. This item is a bit to pricey for it to stop working just outside of the warranty period. I decline to purchase another one. If you decide to purchase this, it's easy to use and charging is easy. Its small in size and i would say not so great quality. Don't count on it working past a year.

I highly recommend this plus i had to deal with the manufacturer and they were superb!

we love this product but it has become increasingly difficult to charge. The magnetic charging part sticks to it but it doesn’t charge properly. We have to wiggle it around or turn it on it’s side before it starts to charge. I am expecting it to no charge at all soon. When we first bought it, it charged with no problems. What to do? It’s past the return date.

First time the item worked: bubbles coming out and effectively cleaning. Second time: no bubbles at all. Twisted and tightened the electrolytes as said on instructions but nothing changing. Returning the product and buying a new one. Maybe we were just unlucky. We’ll see. Tried to contact the seller but no chance.

Does not remove any gunk and does not appear to do its job. We didnt return in time and now we are stuck with a useless product that is overpriced.

I saw no debris in the wash water. $100 - waste of money
