Fast, cheap, reliable (so far).
Bought to upgrade an aging MacBook. Zero issues with installation, formatting and set up.Boot-up time has reduced considerably. For the price, it's hard to argue with.

A great drive at a great price.
This is a make I had never heard of before but it was cheap. I normally swear by Kingston drives and SDCards. I have around eight or so of different sizes and they have never been an issue before. This came up on a search and at less then 18 quid for a half terabyte drive an absolute bargain. So I gave it a go. I have paid more for smaller drives. It is fast very fast for a SATA drive. Power on to desktop in less then 20 seconds. Not on a par with NVME dives but fast. Well worth the price and I would recommend. I would not think twice about buying another one. This is a make I had never heard of before but it was cheap. I normally swear by Kingston drives and SDCards. Towards the end it slowed down and boot times became longer up to a minute plus. The end result was the drive died with a bad superblock error. This is terminal so the drive was replaced. Would I recommend them still? Depends on your usage and data backup routine. They are cheap no brand units of indeterminate contents. Meaning they buy the controllers and chips from whoever well supply them and do not make them in house.

price was great but and runs fast enough for me.
I like this item but the drive was fragmented when received and 2 other problems had to command code a few things like defrag / format and change File type all needed to be completed before system accepted the drive. I suspect this particular drive was a return and soled again as new because it memory was fragmented with 4 different file types. works as intended with allot of head scratching and getting some one else to make the changes needed. overall I think any one else would of given up and sent it back.still recommend though because the change from HDD to SSD is easy to see when completed.

Cheap and works
It's not actually that bad, I can't say anything for the longevity of these, but it works and the speeds are actually similar to typical branded SSDs... If it lasts, bargain, if not, it was incredibly cheap so I can't really complain. The controller inside is a Realtek with unbranded nand modules.

The average response time of this drive is appalling.
From my personal experience with this SSD I have found that it is quick (450MB-r, 190MB-w) when only Windows is installed. But, I soon as I approach 25% used the performance takes a dramatic drop. The drive, even on small tasks will shows 100% activity in Task Manager and no read or write for long periods then will do round 10-12MB read and write. I have this as a Window 10 boot disk and although is quicker than a HHD (when only Windows is installed) I see no point in having 512GB when it's not usable in practise. I'm therefore done with the cheap and dirty option and replaced this drive with a Crucial 1TB. It cost twice as much but the benefits far out way the additional cost.Overall, I see no point in getting this drive. Its only purpose is to give system builders a very cheap way of putting a PC together that they can advertise as having a 512GB SSD. Any purchaser will see a quick system for just long enough to leave a positive review.

Wonderful Drive, and a Hilarious name
The name is Hilarious for anyone who knows Afrikaans, as such I bought this more as a gag than as a item I really needed.Though, that being said, It turns out to be a great little drive.SATA SSD's are a but old school since the 6Gb/s bandwidth has long since been saturated, but the drive performs as well as can be expected from something Using SATA. It has great price per GB as well and is generally a solid drive to recommend. It does not get hot under heavy use at all and speeds are in the ballpark of a Samsung 870 SSD
