Literally changed my sleep life. Don't snore anymore after getting the adjustments right. Discomfort in teeth for first week and a bit (like the instructions warn you) but now never any pains at all.I was a horrific snorer and I mean I have tried EVERYTHING, nasal dialators, pillows, weighted blankets, mouth tape, nose tape, sprays - including cheaper versions of this product. Cheaper ones for me were always tiny for some reason. So if you have a tiny mouth then potentially cheaper ones may suit, but this is the only out of 6 mouth guard style snoring 'fixers' that has fit me properly.Has literally saved my sleep life.

Its been said here before but My experience was poor. Poorly designed very uncomfortable, pops out of mouth & the customer service was shocking. The no quibble warranty is far from that. Very expensive for what it is. Id try something else first.

A little uncomfortable at first, but once fitted properly, works briliantly. Takes a few nights to get the screws in the right position, but my partner no longer needs her earplugs and I sleep far better.

I have always had mixed emotions about these devices as I have used them in the past doing my marriage to keep my wife happy. They have always never fitted very well or became too uncomfortable to wear for any extended period of time. To be clear these were from a different manufacturer. After reading up on a it a bit more, I have discovered that oxygen deprivation can cause these symptoms I had been experiencing. My snoring must have limited my breathing through the night. I am so happy I got these although they are a little pricey and I hope they get cheaper or the manufacture offer some sort of subscription for repeat orders as these do not last forever.

The screws on your oral device should be fully screwed in for the first few nights. If you find that you’re still snoring, turn the screws anti-clockwise by 180 degrees, and test the new setting out for 2-3 nights. You can repeat this until your snoring has reduced or disappeared.Moulding. If possible, could you please send me a photo of your oral device moulding? The packaging and instructions of the product are good, so I was hopeful that this product was going to be one that finally worked. At the price, I thought at least the product would be decent, but sadly I was wrong. The moulding process is fairly easy, if anyone has been to a dentist at some point in their life, you would have done the same process before, as I had. At first attempt, the guard was fitting pretty neatly in my mouth, so I decided to test out the so-called adjustability. I adjust by a few turns, put the guard back in my mouth and it springs right out of my mouth! It will not stay in until i adjust it all the way back to zero, which of course defeats the purpose of the product. I then tried re-moulding incase I'd not bitten hard enough but just as before, it was comfortable in the default setting and then as soon as I adjust it, it jumps out of my mouth. Really disappointing and I didn't even get to test if it actually prevents snoring because it didn't even let me get that far. Complete waste of money.
