California Costumes Women's Ghetto Fab Wig

I love this curly wig it went right over my braids without any problems, I was looking for a large curly afro wig that would fit over my braids, and when I saw this I purchased it, the color is two tone brown and light bronze but it went well with my light brown complexion, wore it to a 70's theme party lots of compliment's, just note it is not a full wig and you have to wear a scarf or a head band with it. nice for the money, don't shape it out with a comb I recommend using your fingers some of the hair comes out very easily.

I think this wig is a great value - especially if you're only using it for a costume. The blend of black and brown is a little quirky, but from a distance it looks like a very dark brown. It comes with all the curls tightly spiraled. So you will have to fluff, pull, and shape to your liking. I tried using the pick end of a comb, but it works much better if you just use your fingers to stretch the curls out. Personally, I thought it was a little tight. My adult son couldn't fit it, and it was a little tight with my hair tucked in. I think it looks best when worn like the picture pulled back a little from the hairline. My costume came with a headwrap, so I ended up getting it pretty close to the look shown in the picture. And for the record, my package reads "Disco Fab" and not "Ghetto Fab" if that really matters to you.

My head is pretty large and it gave me some extra room, so it fit comfortably and the price was good.

This wig was okay - soft and a nice color. However, I guess you either have to have a lot of your own hair or a large dome-shaped head as the inside of the wig is so roomy.I ended up not using it for the party I wanted to wear it to because it just wasn't snug enough, even with the combs in the wig to anchor it to my hair.I'll be keeping it though - okay for home dress up.

I hate that this wig has such a low rating, all due to a name it no longer even uses. The wig itself was perfect. A little lighter in color than expected, but beautiful and fun. I wore it to a 70s themed party and got tons of compliments. The comb in the front of the wig held it on my head well and with a headband you couldn't see where the wig started.When it arrived, it was a little flat and the girls a little too tight. By taking a pick to it once it was on my head, I was able to fluff it up and had it looking like the photo pretty quickly. I loved it.

i read a review that said this wig was big but i saw others that said it was fine & i have a pretty sizeable head so i figured i'd be ok but honestly this is for a person with a giant head or someone tuckinga massive amount of hair under the wig. i thought maybe it was adjustable but its not. its jus way way way way too big. i was disappointed because i thought my apple head would be ok. for the price, it is a nice wig.....if you have a head the size of north america.

It runs just a little small, but the costume does exactly what it's supposed to...make you super shiny and standout in the crowd! lol Buy a size up and then get it altered for $6 locally. Check around to make sure it's cheap. In my area I can get small alterations for $6.00.MY size: 5'6, 142 lbs, 34C, hips 36, waist 34

I brought this wig for myself to wear at a 70's event we had. I loved the way it looked on me. Actually if you work with it some, it doesn't even look like a wig. Its a little big in the back though. I have a lot of hair and it is very thick, but I still loose in back. I had to pin it up, then put a headband around it. You could also use a scarf to keep it in place.

Great wig, looked real! Some even thought it was my own hair!
