Ordered a set of 6 flutes, only 5 arrived. Didn't have time to return as we were expecting guests the next day. Seems like one of those businesses where they hope you don't make the effort to return the products. The flutes themselves are fine - seem sturdy.

Están bien, es lo que me esperaba. Han venido con un buen embalaje y completas. Lo único que no me queda muy claro es que el paquete sea de 6, ya que normalmente las cuberterias son de 12. Pediremos otro paquete. Tampoco es que nada me llame demasiado la atención. Están bien sin más.

One of the six champagne flutes arrived broken. The seller was very accommodating and sent me a replacement flute the following week. Great customer service! The glasses are good quality glasses, and I would highly recommend them!
