Ease of swallow:Taste's great, goes well with my fruit smooth. Seems to be effective and has many more extra vitamins rather than just L-Arginine.

Great for opening up arteries

This seems on par with a more expensive cardio powder but less expensive per ounce. Tart cherry flavor. I’m mixing one scoop with one to two scoops of grass fed type 1 & 3 collagen plus some fruit- strawberries or blueberries. I blend all with a small ninja blender or cuisine art blender. Mixed with 4 to 8 ounces of water or more to taste. Add some ice cubes. Turns out a little frothy. Option -One True lemon flavor raspberry 10 calories can be blended in for taste between two servings.

I’ve purchased this product a few times. At first it had a really nice citrus flavor, but then the flavor changed to a sickeningly sweet flavor and the last ontI ordered has little or no flavor.I don’t understand the changes in flavor and I wish they could make it consistently citrus.Another reviewer commented on the too sweet flavor also.Otherwise, I’m really happy with it.

Instructions say to take on empty stomach or food with no protein. It makes me gassy. I tried a full scoop for the first three days. Diarrhea. Switched to half a scoop . Half scoop no Diarrhea but still gassy. Taste is fine. I'm switching to a pill form of L- Citulline. Not as gassy hopefully.

Works great, and has almost exactly the same ingredients as that really expensive stuff, but at a fraction of the price .two thumbs up.

I have been using this exact product with no issue on the quality till now. Unfortunately I ordered 2 of these. The taste is absolutely horrible! This item is non refundable and nonreturnable. You are screwed if you got this batch of the product. I've never had to write such a negative review in all my years using Amazon till now. Sent an email to customer service as instructed by Amazon with no response and that was 3 days ago which is more than enough time to respond. I would retract this bad review if they were to reach out to me and rectify this problem. I did resend the email!
