Bought it for my mother in law.Rightly recommended as my wife indicated after years of use.She's very happy with it.

Product good, but ordering process frustrating.
PLEASED WITH HOT AIR BRUSH, AND HANDY WITH EVTRA ATTACHMENT.THE ORDERING PROCESS NOT SO GOOD. I ORDERED IT, THEN GOT EMAIL SAYING PAYMENT DECLINED, SO CHECKED BANK AND WAS TOLD IT HAD'NT GONE THROUGH, SO REORDERED IT ON ANOTHER CARD, THEN I HAVE ENDED UP WITH 2 BRUSHES. THEN MORE TIME TO SORT OUT SENDING 1 BACK, AND HAVE TO WAIT 7 DAYS FOR REFUND. NOT HAPPY. THE SAME HAPPENED LAST TIME ON A DIFFERENT ORDER, ENDED UP WITH 2.

Not very powerful
I find the diameter of the handle too chunky and this makes it slightly awkward to get the correct angle with the brush as I have fairly short hair. The brush is thick but I think does not spin quickly enough even on the hottest setting.Expensive for what it was as I have had other cheaper ones in the past that have done a better job.
