I was expecting this powdered clay to be pink based off of the discription. I would have returned it but decided to keep it cause the price was decent. Although I do not like nor recommend supporting companies that are misleading. I will not buy again.

I used this mixed with a blue clay hoping to get a nice lavender and that did not happen, but it serves the purpose of making the soap mildly exfoliating, so I am happy enough with it. I will try another time with a hotter lye solution to see if it will color the soap or not. Mixing the two clays did not do anything, but I think the solution was just not warm enough. It is whatever, my fault, and the scent discolored the soap to an interesting dark tan anyway. It is a very fine textured clay. I would probably buy it again to suit my purposes.

Used in homemade soap. The down side is it takes a lot to get a decent pink.
