I am really delighted with this airer.It is much larger than my previous airer which was the standard double x type.What I love about this is the adjustable top 'wings' which give a much greater range for maximum airing whether it's smaller clothes or larger bed linen.I also find it so much easier to get the items placed on the airer which is important for me being disabled. Putting the washing out is now a doddle.It is actually very well made with no parts sticking out which could snag delicates.I've had this outside on quite a windy day and it has been remarkable stable with nothing blowing off.

The bars had fallen off in delivery and there are no instructions about how to put it together. I worked it out but it would have got top marks if all the attatchments stayed together. Plenty of hanging space for a full load.

Update May 2023: thanks mainly to the two of these I ordered I cleared the laundry backlog of over 20 loads of laundry in just three weeks. That was nearly two months ago and we are still on top of the laundry, to such an extent that sometimes I have to go and hunt for items to make up a full load.Original review: They had this airer or one almost identical to it when on holiday in the Middle East in the house we were staying in, I had never seen a double decker X wing type airer before and after a bit of trying different search terms I finally found it on UK Amazon. I have a walk in airing cupboard/drying room and two of these fit in there very well, a much better fit and utilisation of the space than my old and rather flimsy ikea airers, using these along with the new compact airer I bought for the bathroom, I now have over double the drying capacity I had before and finally have some hope of clearing the laundry backlog. This is so well designed, there is no need to skip bars on the airer as is necessary with others as those have the bars too close together, and it is really sturdy too.

There's absolutely nothing to dislike. Even my teenage daughter loves it!

We bought two weak standard drying racks and they both broke because they were probably made out of straws from MC the fast food chain. This drying rack is sturdy and strong. I love the way it can change the shape.

This is our second one (sold the first due to relocation but it was good as new after 2 years of use). Sturdy, easy to fold and doesn't rust.You can easily fit an 8 kg load on it, but I did sometimes did wish it was bigger, especially after washing linen.
