** THESE ARE MY OPINIONS ONLY ** Too many people take nootropics without knowing what's actually happening to them.
I've been using nootropics for decades, since Piracetam and Aniracetam were first available. Noopept is newer, discovered in 1986, it has been available for the past ten years or so in the states. The problem with all racetams is the choline depletion experienced with calcium and sodium ion channel paths. Choline is neither a vitamin or mineral. It is a water-soluble “nutrient” related to the B-Vitamin group. Your brain has a huge appetite for choline. It is critical for the synthesis of the key neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Which your brain uses to maintain clear communication between its billions of neurons. In fact, choline is so vital to cognition and nerve function that, without it, we couldn’t move, think, sleep or remember anything. Using racetams requires choline supplement for *ANY* beneficial effect, unless you eat a lot of eggs, salmon, or nutrition that include choline and inositol. If you use any of the racetam-family of nootropics in your stack, you likely should add a choline supplement. Because the racetams all affect choline and/or acetylcholine use in your brain in some way.Aniracetam – releases more acetylcholine (ACh)Coluracetam – increases choline – ACh conversion through the High Affinity Choline Uptake (HACU) processNoopept – modulates ACh transmissionOxiracetam – enhances choline-acetyltransferase (ChAT) which is used to synthesize acetylcholinePiracetam – potentiates the flow of, and increases the effect of AChPhenylpiracetam – increases the density of ACh receptorsPramiracetam – increases choline – ACh conversion through the High Affinity Choline Uptake (HACU) processNefiracetam – potentiates nicotinic acetylcholine receptorsYou should know that when a racetam affects ACh in some way, it usually means you need to make sure more ACh is available. Or the racetam will not be as effective. The other primary issue facing neurohackers are racetam-headaches. These headaches are unique because they usually only happen in a part of your brain. You’ll get to recognize them for what they are with more experience. Racetam-headaches are caused by using a racetam without enough supplemental choline. Your brain is telling you it’s starved for choline. So, while the concentrations in this product are relatively low (12mg Noopept), I find that it does have noticable benefits, especially taken 5 days on ad 2 days off. (ANY nootropic regime should have off days, never more than 2 weeks on) I would however recommend choline supplementation for any expectation of noticable benefit. Taking 3 or 4 "packets" of this product in a day (aside form the caffine) will absolutely give you a headache without taking additional choline. Personally, I like 30mg of noopept with huperzine a, centrophenoxine, choline and inositol once a day. For enhanced verbal fluidity, add Aniracetam (750mg), but be aware, this nootropic works on an inverted "U" curve...meaning too much and you lose the benefit, so never more than 1500mg within 8 hours, or things will get fuzzy.

Wow it works!
I have to admit to buying countless products to regain that sharp feeling and energy. Of course I understand most energy has everything to do with our brain electrons being stimulated. Immediately within a few days the ideas and knowledge of how to improve my health were manifested and I understood juicing (beets, carrots, berries, apples and a few stevia packets) with this mushroom blend was the answer to my health. My dreams manifested ideas that others could envy, and it came to mind how to make this happen. The taste is 'as expected' like lion's mane extract and some other a little more tart mushrooms. If you are looking for a fruity taste then you are shopping for the wrong supplement aisle, mushrooms have a earthy taste and this extract is smooth, no chucks or slime which can be found in cheap alternative mushrooms supplements.Highly recommend it. If you are a creator of products and ideas, this is a must. It blows all competition away.

Just ok
I was expecting to feel an energy boost, but didn’t really feel anything from it nor the brain fog lift. They are pricey, but figured I’d try and see if it was worth it. They don’t taste very good, but not awful.

Works fairly well
I prefer to get my caffeine from coffee so after finding that they have a caffeine free version I ordered a box of it and gave this stuff away. I have found that if I take in too much caffeine it makes me feel tired and somewhat weak so I didn't want to have to go without my cup of joe from my espresso machine just to take this stuff.

Unpleasant taste and expensive as well as ineffective.
I bought the orange one that is labeled Boost. I was excited when it arrived and it came in a very nice box and the packaging was cool. I ripped open one of the weird cardboard bottles and tried it. My initial reaction was that it tasted very bad. I didn't want to continue drinking it. I tried it again and it was still a very bad flavor. I don't really know how to describe the flavor, I guess like a sour pungent taste mixed with chemicals. I drank the whole thing and I gave it a few hours but I never felt anything in fact I got more tired and took a nap. I then tried it again the next day but this time I squirted it onto the back of my tongue in two quick motions and swallowed it without trying to taste it. It was still a horrid taste and I dreaded going back for another one but I did just that. I tried 3 of them within 2 hours and still nothing. I get more creativity and focus from a monster energy and its half the price and half the caffeine which doesn't really make sense. All in all I'm extremely disappointed in this product and feel like I wasted my money. I do not recommend anyone to buy this.
