Amazing kids book
I've been a fan of Jamie Smart's books for a number of years so when I heard of his kids book Bunny Vs Monkey I didn't hesitate to get it for my 7 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it. Great book, very funny and worth every penny. She's now begging me to get the other four books.I don't usually write reviews but in this case it has brought tremendous joy to my little girl and can't recommend it enough.

Bunny vs Monkey
I have always been a comics fan so these The Phoenix Presents titles are right up my street! Bunny vs Monkey is another great book featuring many stories and some excellent characters that I won't forget in a hurry. This first volume spans January-June, and sees Bunny and Monkey cope with winter and spring. Jamie Smart's artwork is ace, his stories are funny and I'm now a bit fonder of monkeys. What more could I ask for?!Bunny, Weenie and Pig have been living happily ever (sort of) for a while, getting up to mischief and awakening bears. Normal stuff when you live in the wood. All that changes when winter comes and some scientists launch Monkey over the hill, both them and him believing he's going to a distant planet. He arrives, starts giving out orders and tries his very best to destroy the horrible wood full of colour and flowers. Bunny isn't impressed, and so begins a feud that will span all the months of the year!I really enjoyed this comic and all the kooky characters within its pages. Besides Bunny, Pig and Weenie the squirrel who loves to bake, there's also Le Fox, Skunky, Action Beaver and Metal Steve. Skunky is Monkey's right-hand man and causes trouble by inventing things like mechanical moles. Action Beaver is just a bonkers thrill-seeker and Metal Steve is a robot who loves water. There's a fantastic imagination behind all these characters, and I can't wait to see what happens during the months of July-December.Bunny vs Monkey is sixty-three pages of wacky, memorable adventure. I particularly love Jamie Smart's style of art work, and he makes every one of his characters look cute and cuddly. Of course, then you get to know them and realise they're possibly a bit more on the naughty side, but that's something you'll have to discover for yourself. This is great fun from start to finish - count me in for book two!

Very impressed!
I bought this book for my 7 year old niece for Christmas as she requested a comic book! I saw this had good reviews so I thought I would get it and I am really impressed by the quality of the book. It’s so well illustrated as well. I’m sure my niece will love it!! I’m tempted to get the next book in the series too!

Funny Bunny
My son (an 8 year old boy) is an avid reader of the Phoenix Comic, in fact, it's the reason he reads at all (though he has now moved on from reading only the comic)! However, these stories are from before our subscription started. He was desperate to have the book and, when it came, spent days carrying it round reading it. He still reads it often. I think even if you do have the Comics with these strips in, it's so convenient to have them all in one place. Highly recommend.

My 8 year old son loves this whole series. He has discerning taste so I recommend for any kid that loves adventure, humour and wit.

My son loved it
Bunny vs Monkey appears in the Phoenix comic. My son loved them but not so much the comic so I was delighted to find the book that my son adores.
