the part worked great the only thing that was disappointing is that I was told I would have it within 2 days because we are prime customers and it took 2 days longer to receive the piece so in all reality we should be compensated for it being late.

The product wouldn't work. It had to be returned and exchanged for another one.

Took 20 minutes to change out this new operator with the original. Just be prepared to have several new zip ties to replace the ones you have to cut out. Original lasted 4 years.
