GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT: The item is very good quality. LESS THAN SATISFACTORY SERVICE: Although I received this item quickly and in good condition there was no guidance leaflet to show me how to use this equipment correctly. I also sent a message on Amazon to the supplier asking for a guidance leaflet but I have not received a reply. ADEQUACY OF PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: However, the description for this item said up to 60kg with no further explanation to say what this means. I interpreted this as meaning that there were gradient steps up to 60kg and that there must be adjustments to enable this. Instead this is a 60kg resistance and you have to have a reasonable upper body muscle development before you should attempt using this item otherwise you can easily injure or tear a muscle. I haven't returned this item as I did not want pay for this. So, I'm having to work on developing my upper body muscles more before I can really use this equipment. Please update your product description on the Amazon website so that customers can understand more clearly what they are buying and be sure they are getting what they think and hope they are getting.

The is superb value for a fiver. Well made, requires significant force to bend. At that price you can't go wrong - and free postage.
