Baijia A-kuan Sichuan Broad Noodle - Spicy Flavour 110g (Pack of 5) 白家面皮 HALAL

I love the flavours of this noodle, and the texture is good provided that they are prepared right. Undercook them and they are tough to chew and overcook them and they become slimey. I avoid following the instruction on the packet as I find that it's not the best way to prepare them. I boil some water over the stove and cook the noodles for 2 minutes making sure to stir (as the noodles can stick to each other), then strain the water really well. I then mix all the flavour packets in a bowl, add a lil extra salt and garlic powder, then mix with some precooked seafood mix (optional) and then add the noodles. Mix really well so its evenly coated. The noodles should not be watery or you lose a lot of the flavor. I just wish it was a bit cheaper. But otherwise it's really yummy!

When I first tried these noodles, I did not like them. Something about it put me off. But then I found myself craving them for days afterwards, and caved and tried them again. I LOVE THEM! The taste is incredible, the chili flavour isn't pure heat but has a nice spicy flavour without being unenjoyable. The noodle texture is actually unreal - I would recommend trying these for the noodles alone. If you try them, you will crave them and become addicted - you've been warned!
