Happy with the pills. I just wish they weren't so big. ;)

I can feel that it works within a few days. No more pain. However, I take it daily with 1 teaspoon of Collagen Peptides (from Bovine). It works wonderfully together. I also have a break for a few weeks from MSM once I done with each bottle, before I take the next bottle.

This is a good start in combating the oxidation of my body. As A.I. and G.A.I. become available in science and health, it will help us to develop MUCH better, holistic, problem specific supplements.
