Is this product the heavyweight plastic like of 80 micron thickness?

This is not the clear plastic-like wash away. I use 2 layers of it for my stand alone snowflakes I make on the embroidery machine. I like it the best of all the wash aways I have tried.

Can you tear away this stabilizer cleanly from seams of flimsy fabric? I'm selling items I'd prefer not soaking except the bit that didn't tear out

I would use a damp Q-Tip to the surrounding edges of the design to help tear the stabilizer. lay the fabric flat to finish drying
