We received the remote and originally were very happy. It did not look used or refurbished and was working great compared to the universal remote we used before. However we soon realized that not all the buttons were working. I contacted the seller and was not happy with their response. Instead of working with me to get a replacement in a timely manner they kept trying to troubleshoot the remote, making me send pictures, then suggesting that I got the wrong remote for my tv and wanting me to send serial numbers and pictures of my tv- for one button that wasn’t working. They were giving me the run around instead of helping me return the remote which very clearly had a non working button. Then they ignored me and stopped responding. So now I’m going to return it, and buy a fully working remote through another company.

The media could not be loaded. My Samsung QLED N85 remote, which came with the TV, broke, and it’s covered under accidental warranty. However, Samsung Care Plus only reimburses up to $25 for the remote, meaning I had to find and purchase it myself first. I couldn’t find anything directly from Samsung. After trying several sources, I finally found this on Amazon. It’s the only genuine Samsung remote I’ve found so far; the others were third-party replacements. This one is certified, looks brand new, and has no signs of prior use. I’m happy with it, and it works perfectly.

Works with my Samsung QLED TV. I was a bit worried that it was going to be in bad condition bc it's a Renewed remote, but I was lucky, it came in good condition! It was very easy to sync up to the tv. It also charges well when plugged in. I haven't tried using the solar charge yet, hopefully it works. The only button that doesn't work is the Disney+ button. Not too big of a deal. But it would be nice if it worked since we watch Disney+ a lot. The voice control works, but sometimes a little wonky. I'm glad I took this risk bc a Brand New Samsung remote is ridiculously over-priced. I saved a bunch with this renewed remote. I even thought about buying a back-up remote.
