Through many runs through the dishwasher there has been no tarnishing or discoloration. The set has smooth edges and no sharp burs. Worth the money for sure

I bought these because I love the shape. I love the sizes and weight. The look is classy and it fits perfectly in the hand.I washed them once and every single knife has rust on them. They were properly dried, yet somehow there’s rust all over. Very disappointed.

Washed in the dishwasher right away with no issues with spots or rust. Nice weight and smooth edges. The soup spoon is massive though but some people might like that.

The media could not be loaded. Hampton Forge dinnerware set. These are absolutely just beautiful. Look at the sophisticated design. Part chromium, steel, and nickel, this makes for excellent stainless steel. Here’s the best part. My wife and I both are sticklers for the thickness of cutlery. Too thick of a fork feels clunky in your mouth. And, if the fork is too thin, it feels like you might bite it off. Well happy days, this cutlery is in when I call the Goldilocks zone. The thickness of these utensils is absolutely perfect. The knives have a serrated edge that is really surpringly sharp. This is a very nice 20 piece silverware set with just the right heft, so you feel by the weight that you are holding a quality utensil. The knives cut very well. The tines of the forks poke very easily into food without sharp edges that cut hurt your tongue and they are not flimsy at all or bend easily which is important to me. The spoons have a nice curved front so that they can easily fit in even smaller mouths.The simple design looks very elegant. Handwashing is recommended for these, but I have put them already in the dishwasher and they came out just fine. Five stars from me. Yes $50 for a 20 piece sounds kind of expensive but it’s only $2.50 per item and for this great type of quality silverware I am willing to pay that.

I bought these to supplement the kitchenware in my rental property, but upon receipt, I have deemed them much too nice to provide with the horrible people who tend to lease out our house. They have a good heft to them -- not too heavy, not too light -- and an interesting design to them. Haven't washed them yet, so don't know how they'll stand up in the dishwasher (not that I tend to use the dishwasher much, preferring to wash by hand), but even if they spot, I'm sure they'll shine right up with a quick towel wipe. Very nice set. Recommend.
